As Jason says I would be very careful with LBJ extenders which bolt in, there are plenty of crap designs, poorly made items or bad material choice out there.
However, if you can get the engineering right and they are man enough for the job and the amount they extend is calculated to give you a good roll centre and a calculated bump steer, then who knows what the actual benefits might be...
Bolting them together like this IMO is not the way to go. Also good to carry out a FOS (factor of safety) analysis on a crital part like this...
Pre and post heat, then TIG weld them to the hub. Something like this.
