Hey Tim, no problem of people diluting my thread until a general chat area opens up, I'm happy for any friend, not foe to post on it.

I too had to look twice at the first post from anonymouscoward and thought it might be trying to be disruptive, however, I do know the person and he is a friend and its been posted in good faith. Sincerely thank you Tim for sticking up for me.  :)

To anonymouscoward.
Hello matey, nice to see you here.  8)

I was asked, nee TOLD, by CGTI mods to remove the reference to this forum. Personally I think its disrespectful not too let folks know where valued contributors like you have gone Tom. Previous CGTI admin got their jollies from 'disappearing' people, whereas I dont think its proper at all. Folks move on. Life goes on.

After I built my new manifold I tested on track, dyno and road. First up I rushed the build through to get it ready for Goodwood and then took it the the September 2013 CGTi event, there was an excellent photographer there who took some cracking shots of my car. Anyway, here is a short vid and some pics.

Both events I had the same issue, oil was leaking out of the oil filler cap, new cap was fitted between events but at the high revs it continued to leak. It seems the cap is made of two parts and is designed to vent if pressures get too much. Seems my head is getting far to much pressure building in it, the catch tank however, does not seem to collect anymore oil than usual, ie a little amount each event!

Plans a foot to work around the issue for now.

The photographer at Curborough took some ace pictures didn't he! Jolly nice bloke as well! His work added icing to the cake on that day.
